Our Story
Block & Associates Realty was founded in 1996 with a simple belief: property owners deserve a management company that treats their investment with the same attention and care they would give it themselves.
Thirty years later, we’ve grown into the largest residential rental and HOA property management firm in NC — managing more than 4,500 leased properties and 10,000 HOA units across North Carolina. We have 100+ professionals across offices in Raleigh and expanding into Fayetteville, Asheboro, and the Triad.
What hasn’t changed is our commitment to high-service, high-touch management. We’ve never believed that scale and personal service are mutually exclusive. Our team-based pod structure means every property has dedicated people responsible for it — not a rotating queue.
