Browse our current listings at blockrealty.com/rentals or search by area, price, and bedrooms.New properties are added regularly.
Step 02
Schedule a Showing
Request a showing online through Tenant Turner.Many properties offer self-guided tours so you can view on your schedule without waiting for an agent.
Step 03
Submit an Application
Apply online.All adult occupants (18+) must submit a separate application.Application fee applies.
Step 04
Screening Process
We verify income (minimum 3x monthly rent), credit, background, and rental history.We apply the same standards to every applicant.
Step 05
Receive an Approval Decision
You’ll receive a decision within 1–3 business days of a complete application.If approved, we’ll send a lease for signature.
Step 06
Sign Your Lease & Pay Move-In Funds
Sign your lease electronically.First month’s rent and security deposit are due before or at move-in.
Step 07
Move In
Your move-in inspection is documented.You receive your keys, portal access, and all the information you need to settle in.
